This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions that govern your use of MBA-ish and its memes and its courses. Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using our services.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By accessing or using MBA-ish, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you should not access or use MBA-ish.

3. ACCOUNTS In order to use MBA-ish, you must create an account with Thinkific Inc. that powers MBA-ish’s master classes. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. PAYMENT: You agree to pay all fees associated with the use of MBA-ish. Fees are due and payable in advance of your use of the service. MBA-ish reserves the right to change the fees at any time, and any such changes will be posted on our website.

5. REFUND POLICY

• We stand behind the quality of our online course and believe in the value it can provide to our customers. Therefore, we offer a gracious 90-day money back guarantee to all our customers.
• If for any reason you are not satisfied with our course, you may request a refund within 90 days. We will provide you with a full refund of the amount paid for the course, no questions asked.

12. TERMINATION MBA-ish may terminate this Agreement and/or suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of this Agreement.
13. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and MBA-ish and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and MBA-ish.
